Greg "Hammer" Hamm
Greg has been involved in the outfitting industry for the past 20 years. Starting young at the age of 15 as a dishwasher at Scott Lake Lodge and then progressing into a guiding position. He has always had a passion for hunting and fishing as well as guiding and sharing the experiences with others. When the opportunity to purchase his own outfitting company came available in some of the best hunting in the world, Greg jumped on the opportunity. He moved to the camp and lives full time on the edge of the wilderness enjoying spending time in nature. In the off season trapping, ice fishing, and of course feeding whitetails occupy most of his time. He truly cares of the conservation and sustainability of running a successful trophy hunting experience in Saskatchewan, Canada.
Jackie is truly one of a kind, she grew up in our hunting area and in fact was the daughter of the late Kevin Tourand. Kevin operated Kevin Tourand Outfitting for 25 years and was in the same area and license we operate Bone Quest Outfitters under. So you can say she grew up an outfitter and had many experiences she shared with her extremely knowledgable father. In combination with her knowledge she is also an extremely ambitious and a hardworking person. She goes the extra mile for our customers time and time again. Jackie spends her off season running a trapline in the northern forest of Saskatchewan, in combination with that she's also feeding whitetails, ice fishing and pursuing a license in Massage Therapy. Jackie is a surgeon with a knife and is not afraid to get her hands dirty. An extremely skillful skinner, and caper she receives top dollar for all of her furs.

Maygen Chessall
When Maygen isn't preparing the best Canadian Bear camp feasts anywhere in the country, she's taking care of the other side of Bone Quest Outfitters. Whether it's pushing paper and keeping the books up to snuff or taking great care of the next generation of Outfitter Seager it's all in a day's work for Maygen. Our hunters also get to enjoy Maygens own homemade salsas and pickles which she not only canned but grows in her thriving garden! Did we mention she enjoys hunting, fishing and tagging along on some trapping adventures.
Jan an experienced fishing guide of 30+ years. He's lived in a vast array of climates from the Yukon, to Costa Rica. He's a man of many stories and experiences both hunting and fishing. He's on board for another season of chasing big black bears. Jan's attention to details on the bear stands and their behavior has proven to be an asset when it comes to chasing big bears. Did we mention he is an excellent cook and when it comes to trying bear back straps in camp, Jan knows just what to do with them.

Alex Halland
Alex grew up just 4 miles from camp, living on the edge of the wilderness for his entire life. When not chasing big black bears Alex is busy between logging in the winters and farming in the summers. We gotta mention when something breaks Alex knows better than most mechanics how to fix it and get it back on the trail.
Bone Quest Outfitters offers fully guided Saskatchewan whitetail deer hunts and black bear hunts from our hunting camp near White Fox, Saskatchewan. Our hunts combine experienced guides, carefully managed hunting areas, comfortable accommodations, home-cooked meals, and extensive pre-season scouting to give hunters the best possible opportunity for a successful and memorable hunt.
Saskatchewan is renowned for producing large, mature whitetail bucks. The combination of northern genetics, abundant agricultural food sources, extensive forest cover, cold winters, and regulated hunting pressure creates excellent conditions for growing trophy-class deer. At Bone Quest Outfitters, we continuously scout our hunting areas and monitor trail cameras throughout the year to identify productive stands and give our hunters the best opportunity at a mature Saskatchewan whitetail.
Our guided hunting packages include the hunt, experienced guide service, comfortable accommodations, meals, and transportation to and from your hunting stands. For whitetail hunts, heaters and propane are also provided for the blinds. We work to make your trip as comfortable and hassle-free as possible so you can concentrate on hunting.
Our goal is to provide much more than simply a hunt. You can expect experienced local guides, carefully scouted hunting areas, comfortable accommodations, hearty home-cooked meals, and personal attention throughout your stay. Whitetail hunters typically spend 9–10 hours in the blind from legal shooting light through the day, while our guides monitor conditions, deer activity, and trail-camera information to help put you in the best possible position for an opportunity at a trophy animal.

*We recommend you rent a vehicle and drive to camp. This gives you the freedom to go fishing or sight seeing once your tag is filled.
You fly into Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The airport code is YXE. From there the Bone Quest Outfitters hunting camp is a 3 hour drive.
Saskatchewan deer and bear licenses are available over the counter and can be purchased online before your trip or on the drive up to camp at one of several vendors.
We provide a full schedule of meals for every day you are in camp. The schedule will vary depending on if you are hunting Whitetail or Black Bear. We will even include bagged meals for when you are in the stands hunting. Be prepared for outstanding quality, home-cooked hospitality and more than enough for portions.
We have six individual bedrooms. Two of them have two beds and can accommodate 2 persons. We typically assign one hunter per room. We have 1 bathroom upstairs, complete with shower, and two bathrooms on the main floor with showers.
It is 2 hunters per guide. Your guide will transport you and another hunter to an area where a four wheeler will then be used to get you to and from your stands.
Tips are greatly appreciated by our staff. Ultimately it is up to you to tip on the service you feel you were provided.
A general guideline is use 10-15% of the hunt cost for the guide, while giving the chef $150.00 per hunter.
For the case of an animal down as well as in case of emergency you will be given a satellite communication device. This device will communicate with our guide teams cell phones and will ensure both safety as well as a timely pickup.
We have a variety of ladder stands as well as hang on’s, these are used for the bear season as well as early whitetail season. Our blinds are a variety of pop-up blinds as well as some wooden box blinds depending on the location.
If you are taking hunting guns to Canada, be CERTAIN that you fill out the US Customs form 4457 with description of gun (cameras, Etc.) & serial numbers and present to US guys before leaving US (so they will have record that you took them out & didn’t purchase in Canada). Also have a Canadian Firearms Declaration all filled out when entering Canada to save time & this will serve as your gun license while hunting & to buy ammo if needed. Present these forms to Customs when returning & it will be a breeze.
